- Change value of `BABELTRACE_BIN` to `babeltrace2`,
- Replace all direct calls to babeltrace with calls to `BABELTRACE_BIN`
  variable,
- Add `bail_out_if_no_babeltrace` bash function to fail the test if
  Babeltrace 2 is needed but not found.
