Cleanup: Move headers from probes/ to include/lttng/

- Remove extra "lttng-" from filename (now implied by the path).
- Adapt includes accordingly.
- Adapt lttng-syscalls-generate-headers.sh header generation script
  accordingly.
- Remove probes/lttng.h, include its PARAMS() define in the two
  user headers.
