config.h.in: rename CONFIG_RCU_MULTIFLAVOR to CONFIG_RCU_HAVE_MULTIFLAVOR

Considering that this config option cannot be selected by
configure, and is just exposing the capabilities of liburcu,
use the "HAVE" semantic.
